Special Events

Special Events include but are not limited to- Birthday Parties, Gender Reveal parties, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, Baby Showers, Corporate/Team Building Events, Scout Troops, Small Group Events; options are endless. All events are private after the business is closed- unless requesting an earlier start time * additional fees do apply for an earlier start time.

Rental information:

  • There is a $75 non refundable deposit to hold your event date and time 

  • The event time must be a minimum of 1.5 hours and a maximum of 3 hours 

  • Events must be booked at least twenty one days in advance

  • Range includes the use of the 3D Targets, arrow holders, chairs and tables, room set up and staff demonstration for shooting

  • Maximum of 20 people shooting per event due to Lane Numbers

Options for your event.-

  • $150/hour range

  • $75/ half hour range (Add on)

  • $25/Equipment Rental (one bow & 2 arrows)

  • Additional Arrows ($5/each)

 Food options:

Option 1:

Bring in own food and paper supplies- Clean up fee of $75 

· No alcoholic beverages are allowed inside FLX Outdoor Sports which includes the Archery Range

Option 2

Food for up to 10 people ($110)11-15 people ($130) 16-20 ($150) 21-30 people ($175)

· Pizza (choice of Cheese or Pepperoni)

· Drinks

· Snacks

· Dessert 

· Paper Supplies

 For Birthday party and special event reservations and inquires please email FLXOutdoorsports@gmail.com.  Three week advance notice is required for all event bookings, and full payment is required at the end of your party/event.
